Hello, chaps! As you can see, I've decided to create a new blog for our centre. In it you'll be able to find different subjects strongly related to the learning of a second language. On this occasion, it is "English". Could it be otherwise?
One of the first things you should know is that English is considered to be a lingua franca and, according to the DRAE (Diccionario de la Real Academia), it means that English is a language "con la cual se entienden los naturales de pueblos distintos". I'm completely sure you have heard of it plenty of times, but it is nothing but the truth. English is used everywhere and it is the official language of any meeting you may think of, even though there are almost always interpreters in those meetings.
So, let me help you with your English and, please, ask any doubt you have at any time. From now on, as English people frequently say, "ready when you are"!

Congratulations Luis!!! Que recuerdos escuchar, bueno en este caso leer, "hello, chaps", hace ya cinco años, jejeje, como pasa el tiempo, ahí todavía entro yo, no? Siempre me consideraré alumna tuya. Ya te he dejado algo escrito del programa Talk it! Sólo darte la enhorabuena por este blog, es muy original, divertido y creo que a los alumnos les será muy útil. Además, tal y como está el mundo ahora es mejor que se vayan acostumbrando al uso del ordenador cuanto antes, yo vivo pegada a un ordenador. Pues nada, espero que escribáis mucho, que es muy divertido además es una forma diferente de aprender inglés. Seguro que con Luis además de aprender os lo pasaréis genial en sus clases, es muy buen profesor, el mejor que yo he tenido de inglés.
